Decisions on the participation in merger, split, acquisition, purchase, transfer of shares

In accordance with article 4 of the decision no.5/204.14.11.2000 of the Capital Market Commission, PIRAEUS BANK S.A. announces that it increased its holding on the company Piraeus Prodefin Holding S.A. by 26.7%. Consequently, the direct holding of Piraeus Bank in Piraeus Prodefin Holding S.A. was increased from 40% to 66.7%.
