Piraeus Bank (the “Bank”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and following relevant notification received on June 12th, 2020, that the total percentage of voting rights attached to shares held directly by Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis exceeded the minimum threshold of 5% as of June 11th, 2020. Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis holds directly 22,370,811 voting rights corresponding to an equal number of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares (namely 5.1232% of the total voting rights of the Bank).
