Announcement of Piraeus Financial Holdings Capital Requirement for 2025


Piraeus Financial Holdings (hereinafter the "Company") has received notification of European Central Bank’s final decision regarding the 2025 Pillar 2 requirement that the Company must meet on a consolidated basis, in the context of the results of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP).

The Pillar 2 capital requirement is set at 2.90% for 2025 from 3.00% currently.

All other capital requirements remain unchanged.

As a result, Total Capital ratio requirement is reduced to 14.48% from 14.58% currently.

As of 30 September 2024, the Company’s capital ratios on a consolidated basis stood well above ECB requirements, at:
  • 14.67% CET1 ratio
  • 19.87% Total Capital ratio
