2026 Financial calendar

Piraeus Bank S.A. (the "Company"), further to the announcement of its financial calendar on 10 March 2026, informs the investment community about the updated ex-dividend, record and payment dates of the capital return of €494 million, or €0.40 per share, to the Company’s shareholders. The share capital return is subject to the approval of the European Central Bank and and to the lapse of a forty (40)-day period from the publication with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) of the resolution on the share capital reduction, in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation. The updated 2026 financial calendar is presented below:
