Shareholder Structure
Piraeus Bank shareholder structure presents great diversity. The total number of the Bank’s common shareholders was approximately 24,400 in March 2026. Of the outstanding common shares (1,235,953,028 of a nominal value €0.93 each) 93% was held by legal entities and the 7% by individuals.
