Financial Results
In 2025, Piraeus Bank delivered robust results and executed key strategic initiatives, achieving a 16% return on tangible book value and €4 billion net credit expansion. The integration of Ethniki Insurance into the Group is expected to further diversify our revenue streams and enhance our commercial value proposition. Our updated strategic objectives will be presented in detail at the forthcoming Capital Markets Day, to be held in London on Thursday, 5 March 20266.

Financial results
Historically high smoothed net profit of €932 million in the nine months, which corresponds to €0.72 earnings per share, leading to an updated target for earnings per share above €0.90 in 2024. Net profit was €320m in Q3, or €0.25 earnings per share, up 15% year-on-year.
